Shipping and Packaging

For all shipments within Germany the shipping & packing costs amount to € 4.90 per package (up to 3 kg).
The exact despatch & handling charges are calculated at the end of ordering process and displayed in the shopping cart.

Claims and exchanges

To satisfy our customers completely, we accept claims and exchanges of any kind within 4 weeks of invoice date. Please put the invoice, or even better a copy of the invoice, into the shipment. We cannot accept returns of certain goods, including CD,DVD,VHS tape or vinyl records that have been opened (taken out of their plastic wraps). If community? discount is claimed during the revocation period of a membership? order, the right of revocation of the annual membership is also left out. We will accept returns only if all postal charges are paid by sender. Audio-visual products will not be replaced unless there is a defect in the production. So please give a short explanation for returning the goods. Discrepancies between the colour of the pictures on the webshop and the colour of the delivered products are the results of a technical process and do not represent any defect.
Usually we deliver your order within 7 days (within Germany). We will do our best to deliver all items ordered by you at once,  so that you will not have to wait for an article to arrive. However, the mail delivery service needs time to get the package to you, please keep in mind that we do not have any influence on that.
We are always trying hard to deliver as quickly as possible, but around Christmas or when a new album has been released, deliveries might take a little longer than usual. Please do not instantly send hate mails. We are really doing what we can to "get it done"...!!!

You`ll receive a cheque about the order value and, in case of a justified return, also of the postal charges.

Defective shipments

Make sure that you accept only undamaged parcels from the postal service; in case of doubt, open it in the presence of a postman. Never accept damaged parcels!! If you do so, you´ll demonstrate the will to accept damaged goods.If there are problems or discrepancies, please write down the name of the postman.

Returns / Rescission of contract

We only refund the postal charges for the return after receipt of the goods if you revoke the contract of sale in written form (via e-mail or postal letter) within 14 days after receipt of the goods and only if the gross value of the order amount exceeds 40 EUR. The postal charges are either credited back to the credit card used for the purchase or via international bank remittance.
Our shipment fees will not be refunded unless the returned good/goods is/are subject to implied warranty.

A full refund of the purchase price cannot be claimed if the value of the good is reduced by signs of use that exceeds the usual examination of the good (e. g. washed and dried clothes, opened protection films of CD's and DVD's, spots and stains, etc.) or by signs of destruction or any other circumstances the customer is responsible for. The delivered goods can only be used for examination and have to be returned unwashed, with the original label and inside the original package.

Further claims are excluded.
